But is there any practical relevance to Marxism anymore? What can this revolutionary doctrine offer to today\u2019s students, politicians, and activists?<\/p>\n<p>This week, we\u2019ve invited two guests from the Platypus Affiliated Society, an organization devoted to the contemporary uses of Marxist theory, to try and answer that question. President and co-founder Chris Cutrone and Halifax Citywide Coordinator Quentin Cyr join host John Last to discuss Marxism after Marx, the state of the Left today, and why the \u201960s might not have been so groovy after all.<\/p>\n<p>Discuss.
